The town planning passport of the land plot for the placement of the object of physical culture and recreation has been developed in accordance with TCP 45-3.01-294-2014 in order to provide the developer with information about the functional purpose, its parameters for the use and development of the land plot, providing the engineering and transport infrastructure of the objects and structures to be placed on on the basis of decisions on urban planning projects.

Timoshenko (projected) (amendments) (object No. 88/2014, developer - UE "Minskgrad", approved by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of 07.09.2017 No. 3003);
- topographic survey of the territory in M 1: 500, 1: 2000;
- information of the land cadastre of Minsk;
- technical specifications for engineering and technical support.
The land plot for the placement of an object of physical culture and recreation is located in the western part of Minsk in the middle planning zone on the territory of the Frunzensky administrative district.
The area of the site is 0.37 hectares.
According to the General Plan of Minsk, the projected territory is included in the zone of green landscape and recreational areas 217 LR, where the placement of a sports and recreation facility is permissible. The site is located in the Tivoli park and is free from buildings.
The location and functional purpose of the object correspond to the developed Urban Planning Project for detailed planning of the territory within the boundaries of st. Pritytsky - st. P. Glebki - st. Matusevich - st. Timoshenko (projected) (amendments) (object No. 88/2014, developer - UE "Minskgrad", approved by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of 07.09.2017 No. 3003).
The boundaries of the site are determined taking into account the decisions of the Urban planning project for detailed planning of the territory within the boundaries of st. Pritytsky - st. P. Glebki - st. Matusevich - st. Tymoshenko (projected) (modification).
